General Shipping Policy:

Outdoor Escape uses Pudo and The Courier Guy Company as our primary delivery service.

Subject to availability and payment receipt, all paid orders will be processed within 24 hours, and collection placed with Pudo or The Courier Guy Company, depending on the service chosen and the size of the order. Paid orders received before 14h00 will be dispatched on the date of order (excluding weekends, public holidays, Christmas, Easter weekend, and Black Friday).

Orders received after 14h00 will be dispatched the following day. If your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, it will be dispatched on the next day of trading.

*Outlying areas and remote towns may incur up to an estimated 3 business days additional delivery time. If you are unsure if your location is outlying, please contact us in advance.

An Overnight delivery option is available for all Major Centres at an additional fee.

Orders that exceed the standard dimensions (max 600mm x 410mm x 690mm) will be quoted/invoiced out additionally.

No free shipping on kayaks and bikes. 

Deliveries are for the RSA region only.

DELIVERY DELAYS MAY OCCUR DURING PERIODS OF LOADSHEDDING AND UNFORSEE CIRCUMSTANCES. PLEASE TAKE THIS INTO ACCOUNT, ESPECIALLY WHEN SELECTING THE OVERNIGHT DELIVERY OPTION.

Shipping Options:

Pudo Pick-Up Point:
Estimated delivery time 5 - 7 business days depending on delivery area. Please confirm your preferred Pudo Pick-Up Point in the "Add a Note" section when checking out. Orders over R2000 qualify for the fee Pudo Pick Up option. See general policy for further terms. 

Express Shipping:
Door-to-door service via The Courier Company. The estimated Delivery time frame is 1 - 3 Business days subject to area. Additional fees may occur for orders bigger than a standard flyer size. We will quote/invoice you for additional fees. See general policy for further terms.

Kayak Shipping:

Estimated delivery time of 3 - 5 business days depending on delivery area. This shipping option starts from R900. We will contact you if any changes are required. See general policy for further terms.
